Please take note:

Should you decide to cancel a purchase prior to its shipment, you will be entitled to an immediate refund. However, please be aware that a finance fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is implemented to cover the credit card fees incurred during the purchase and refund process.

  • Easy Claims Process: If your shipment encounters any issues, simply contact Ship-Safely to  fill out a claim. Provide some basic evidence (like photos of damage, tracking info, or a police report for missing items), and you could have a replacement order on its way within 48 hours of approval.

Though opting for Ship-Safely's Shipping Protection is optional, we strongly recommend it. It's a small price for the peace of mind and convenience it offers, ensuring that your excitement over your new purchase isn't overshadowed by delivery worries.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The cost of returning an item is borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please not that if you have not opted in to Ship-Safely, we are unable to help with damaged goods in transport. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


The cost of authorised returns is borne by the customer.

Please note also that returns are subject to a 8% restocking fee and a 10% finance fee that will be deducted from your refund.

The finance fee covers the credit card and admin fees incurred during the purchase and refund process.

For all approved Returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Don't worry though, if the item is returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, you will receive a refund in line with the policy above.
