Orders & payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Bancontact, and iDEAL. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP for UK customers and EUR for European customers.
We process orders quickly — if you need to modify or cancel, email us immediately at hello@nauradika.com with your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can return it under our returns policy.
Orders cancelled before dispatch are not subject to any fee. Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover return shipping and handling costs. If you need to cancel, email hello@nauradika.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will advise on the applicable terms.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your parcel at any time via our parcel tracker. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email hello@nauradika.com.
Yes — enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Trade account discounts are applied automatically once your account is approved and you are logged in.
Yes — if you find the same product available at a lower price from another retailer, email us at hello@nauradika.com with a link to the listing and we will do our best to match or beat it. Price matching is subject to the competitor selling the identical product (same model, finish and specification) and the price being publicly available at the time of the request.
Yes — all prices displayed on the site include applicable VAT. The VAT rate applied depends on your delivery country. Trade account members purchasing for business use may be able to reclaim VAT through their own accounting — we provide VAT receipts on request.

Shipping & delivery

Most products ship within 2–3 weeks. Some items ship faster from UK or European suppliers. Delivery timelines are shown on each product page. For urgent project deadlines, email hello@nauradika.com before ordering and we will advise on availability and accelerated shipping options.
We ship across Europe including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Greece, Switzerland, Norway and Czechia. We also ship to Australia, Canada and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, email hello@nauradika.com and we will advise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the weight and dimensions of your order. Signature trade account members (our highest tier, from £10,000 annual spend) receive free standard delivery. See our shipping policy for full details.
We work with a network of manufacturers and suppliers across Europe and Asia. Depending on the product, your order may ship from the UK, France, or directly from the manufacturer in Asia. All shipments are tracked and insured.
Yes — accelerated delivery is available on request and may incur an additional fee. Email hello@nauradika.com before placing your order with your deadline and we will confirm whether it can be met and the associated cost.
Please photograph the damage immediately and email us at hello@nauradika.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos in your message. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Do not discard the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on most items in line with EU and UK consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return. See our full returns policy for details.
Email hello@nauradika.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be processed.
For returns due to a fault or error on our part, we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider — typically 3–10 business days.

Products

Most of our products are supplied with a standard EU plug or bare wire termination suitable for hard-wiring by a qualified electrician. UK customers will typically need a qualified electrician to fit the fixture and connect it to their wiring. We recommend always using a qualified electrician for installation. Product specifications are listed on each product page.
This varies by product. The product page will state clearly whether bulbs are included. Many of our LED fixtures have integrated LEDs and do not require separate bulbs. Where bulbs are not included, the product page will specify the bulb type and fitting required.
Yes — most product pages include a downloadable specification sheet covering dimensions, wattage, IP rating, colour temperature, materials and installation requirements. Look for the "Download Specifications Sheet" button on the product page.
Many of our products are available in multiple finishes, sizes, and colour temperatures. Use the variant selectors on the product page to see available options. If you need a variant that is not listed, email hello@nauradika.com — we may be able to source it.
Our products are supplied by manufacturers who provide CE certification for European markets. Specification sheets include available certification information. If you require specific certification documentation for a project, email hello@nauradika.com.

Trade accounts

Nauradika Trade is open to interior designers, architects, property developers, contractors, hospitality businesses and retailers. Apply via our trade account page. We review all applications within one business day.
Trade discounts are tiered based on annual spend. Studio members (entry level, no minimum spend) receive 10% off. Atelier members (£3,000+ annual spend) receive 15% off. Signature members (£10,000+ annual spend) receive 20% off, plus free standard delivery and co-marketing opportunities. Your tier updates automatically as your spend grows.
Trade members can request personalised quotes by emailing hello@nauradika.com with their project details. If you are not yet a trade member, you can still request a quote — we will respond within one business day.
There is no minimum order value for trade members. The tier thresholds (£3,000 and £10,000) refer to cumulative annual spend, not individual order values. You can place a single small order and still benefit from your trade discount.

Sustainability

Sustainability is built into our curation standard. We prioritise fixtures with LED lighting and energy-efficient specifications, long product lifespans, and durable materials that do not need replacing. Buying a well-made fixture that lasts twenty years is inherently more sustainable than replacing a cheap one every few years.
Yes — we offset the carbon emissions associated with shipping through verified carbon offset programmes. This is included automatically in every order at no additional cost to you. We are committed to reducing our overall carbon footprint as the business grows, including working with suppliers who share our environmental values.
The majority of our collection uses LED technology — significantly more energy efficient than halogen or incandescent alternatives. Product pages specify wattage, lumen output and colour temperature so you can make an informed choice. Where a product uses integrated LEDs, the expected lifespan is also specified.

Nauradika is the phonetic rendering of "Nordic" in Sanskrit — two design traditions separated by thousands of miles, brought together by a shared commitment to considered form and quiet beauty. The name signals intent: what we curate is built to last, in every sense.
We are an online-only specialist. This allows us to keep our costs — and therefore your prices — lower than traditional bricks-and-mortar retailers. All product information, specifications and imagery are available on our website, and our team is available by email to answer any questions before you purchase.
