Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we ship to the UK, France, Sweden, US and Australia for free. We may be able to offer free shipping to other destination, please reach out to our customer support team to find out if your order might be eligible for free delivery.
Do you have a physical store location?
Unfortunately, we no longer have a physical store. We decided to become an online only boutique back in 2021 and our customers have been happier as it allows us to offer better service, lower prices and a wider range of products.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Product are in stock unless "Sold Out" replaced the "Add to Cart" button.
What payment methods do you accept at checkout?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Dinners, Discover, PayPal and Klarna for payment by instalments. See the most current list at the bottom of the page.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Because we prioritise a low cost approach to our operations, we do not offer this service. However, you can find us on our only chat and on email. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
Will you be adding more product lines in the future?
We add new product lines weekly. The easiest way to know what has just been added is to subscribe to our newsletter. This can be easily done on our homepage.
Where do your products ship from?
We scavenge the world (mostly through virtual trade shows to avoid increasing our carbon footprint by flying), and find suppliers all over the world. Our products will come to you from France, the UK, the US, China, Australia, South Africa or even Brazil. Shipping directly from the producer to our lovely customers allows us to reduce the carbon foot print of deliveries which we then offset with green initiatives! This also means that depending on where your delivery comes from, your order could take up to a month to get to you. Be patient though, it is worth it. Less carbon footprint for the best design money can buy.
Do you offer discount codes?
How can your prices be so competitive for such unique products? In order to reduce carbon emissions, we decided to ship directly from our craftsmen to our lovely customers without going via a warehouse near us for instance. An unintended consequence of this approach is that we are cutting a huge amount of cost which we pass on to our customers. There is a slight drawback to this model however, our delivery times are slightly extended, ranging from 5 to 15 days to delivery to the UK and France and up to 4 weeks for other destinations. We also give preference to low polluting delivery methods such as ships and train as opposed to trucks and planes when possible. So by baring with us you save money while saving the planet!
What is the return and refund policy?

UK customers can return items for free, international customer are eligible for refunds under certain conditions but will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please get in touch for international returns.
What are the UK and International shipping options?
We offer a free delivery to the following destinations:
- Australia
- France
- Sweden
- United Kingdom
- United States
Deliveries to France and the UK will take 15 days or less. Deliveries to other destinations may take longer depending on where the item is being delivered from. If you do not live in one of the countries listed above, it is likely we will be able to offer free delivery but you should first check with the customer support team at support@nauradika.com.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
You will not have to pay any international import duties regardless of where your purchase is being shipped from. If our shipping partner were to charge you by mistake, please contact us on support@nauradika.com.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that delivery times vary based on a number of criteria. As a general rule, deliveries will take 5 to 15 days depending of origine and destination. Please note that we ship directly from the suppliers to your home and we have suppliers in France, the UK, the US, China, and Australia. We have chosen this model as it cuts carbon emissions and reduces cost which allows us to pass the savings on to you.
What do I do if I never received my order?
We will provide a tracking link where available, and if the package is not delivered by the due date, we will investigate and provide a new delivery date or issue a refund if the package was lost. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance at support@nauradika.com.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
Please get in touch immediately so we can reorder the item for you (or issue a store credit if you’d prefer that option) and send you a replacement item. Please note you will likely be asked to provide proof of the damaged order such as images of the package, images of the damaged item etc... How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us on contact@naurdadika.com as soon as possible. If you contact us between the time your item was ordered and the time it was shipped, we will be able to make the changes you require. However if the item has already shipped, you will need to contact us once you have received the items so we can either issue a credit or a refund so you can order a replacement and send back the unwanted item as long as it is in its original packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Because we prioritise a low cost approach to our operations, we do not offer this service.
Do you offer a price matching policy?
Yes, we do offer a price matching policy. If you find the same item at a lower price from a competitor, we will match that price. Simply provide proof of the competitor's price at the time of purchase.
