How often do you replenish stock?
You will see a stock update on each product. Items will be "in stock,"in pre-order" or "Sold out." If you particularly like a Sold Out item, do contact us as we sometimes can place special orders.
What payment methods do you accept at checkout?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Dinners, Discover, PayPal and Klarna for payment by instalments. See the most current list at the bottom of the page.
Will you be adding more product lines in the future?
We add new product lines weekly. The easiest way to know what has just been added is to subscribe to our newsletter. This can be easily done on our homepage.
Where do your products ship from?
We scavenge the world (mostly through virtual trade shows to avoid increasing our carbon footprint by flying), and find suppliers all over the world. Our products will come to you from France, the UK, the US, China, Australia, South Africa or even Brazil. Shipping directly from the producer to our lovely customers allows us to reduce the carbon foot print of deliveries which we then offset with green initiatives! This also means that depending on where your delivery comes from, your order could take up to a month to get to you. Be patient though, it is worth it. Less carbon footprint for the best design money can buy.
Do you offer discount codes?
How can your prices be so competitive for such unique products? In order to reduce carbon emissions, we decided to ship directly from our craftsmen to our lovely customers without going via a warehouse near us for instance. An unintended consequence of this approach is that we are cutting a huge amount of cost which we pass on to our customers. There is a slight drawback to this model however, our delivery times are slightly extended, ranging from 2 to 4 weeks and we also give preference to low polluting delivery methods such as ships and train as opposed to trucks and planes when possible. So by baring with us you save money while saving the planet!

We offer a flat fee shipping option to the following destinations:

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
You will not have to pay any international import duties regardless of where your purchase is being shipped from.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that delivery times vary based on a number of criteria. As a general rule, deliveries will take 5 to 15 days depending of origine and destination. Please note that we ship directly from the suppliers to your home and we have suppliers in France, the UK, the US, China, and Australia. We have chosen this model as it cuts carbon emissions and reduces cost which allows us to pass the savings on to you.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Each product shows a delivery date forecast when you shop on the site. If you have not received your delivery by the delivery date forecast, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with the courrier to understand why your delivery has not arrived and when you should expected. If a package is lost, you will receive a full refund after 90 from the date you place the order.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Please get in touch immediately so we can reorder the item for you (or issue a refund if you’d prefer that option) and send you a replacement item. Please see the details for defective order on the following page: https://www.nauradika.com/policies/refund-policy.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible. If you contact us between the time your item was ordered and the time it was shipped, we will be able to make the changes you require. However if the item has already shipped, you will need to contact us once you have received the items so we can either issue a credit or a refund so you can order a replacement and send back the unwanted item as long as it is in its original packaging.
